Lauren Morgan

Voice Faculty

Lauren Morgan has a music degree in Vocal Performance from Texas Christian University, summa cum laude, and 20 years of experience teaching voice. While she teaches students of all ages, she particularly enjoys working with high school age singers. Her students excel at their vocal events such as Solo and Ensemble and Region Choir auditions. Over the past few years, Ms. Morgan has taught and prepared auditions with high school seniors who have been accepted into Music or Musical Theater programs at Southern Methodist University, Texas Christian University, Oklahoma City University, Baylor, Trinity University, University of North Texas, Belmont University, Pace University and Eastman School of Music. She also has an active home studio which is devoted to training musical theater professionals. Her students and former students can be seen in professional musical theater productions all over the United States. In addition to her passion for teaching, Ms. Morgan has an active, award winning career in DFW theater. She has performed locally with Fort Worth Opera (Romeo et Juliette, La Boheme), Lyric Stage (110 in the Shade, Celebration), Theatre Arlington (Music Man, Leading Ladies) and Stolen Shakespeare Guild (Secret Garden, She Loves Me) and many more!
