Samuel Ary

Voice Faculty

Samuel Ary is a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and choral conductor from Dallas, TX. He is a graduate of FMHS (‘18), and obtained a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from the University of North Texas (‘22), as well as a Master of Sacred Music from the University of Notre Dame (‘24). He has also received Advanced Education Certificates in choral singing from the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge. He has taught both music and voice at the University of Notre Dame as a graduate assistant, the Notre Dame Children’s Choir, Highlands Christian School, and most recently at Keller High School. Mr. Ary maintains a full performance schedule throughout the country as a highly sought-after vocal artist and clinician throughout the year. In the summer of 2026, he spent a month living in Charleston, SC as a Vocal Fellow with the SPOLETO Festival, where he was a core member of the chorus performing in operas, oratorios, and choral concerts.

In addition to teaching and performing, Mr. Ary is a staff singer at Church of the Incarnation in Dallas, where he serves one of the nation’s largest Anglican parishes in ministry through music. Weekly duties include singing choral masses and choral evensong, as well as directing the Incarnation Youth Choir which he established in collaboration with COTI’s Director of Sacred Music and Organist, Kit Jacobson. IYC is a unique opportunity for children with little to no musical experience to learn more about music, singing, and how music functions both inside and outside of sacred spaces.

Mr. Ary is committed to fostering a voice studio that is fun, collaborative, musically invigorating, and low-stress all while maintaining the highest standard of musicianship to help his students meet their artistic goals.
